Introducing Juan and Ada, our Dominican Program Managers....

After knowing Juan and Ada for over 20 years, our founder knew that this married duo would be an integral part of OLA's success!

Both of them have corporate experience leading others.

 

Juan was a Head Bell Captain leading a team of 6. His team learned from him the 'true' meaning of 'great customer service'!  Extremely organized, patient with exceptional listening skills with a willingness to help with all of your needs.

Ada has a background in sales, book keeping and accounting.  From her Front Desk sales to inside sales previous experience, this outgoing bubbly personality is guaranteed to make you smile - her smile is infectious.  She works closely with Juan to take care of your needs while also providing a stable home office for OLA in Puerto Plata.
